Outstanding product. A real gem. What a time saver to be able to easily take with you. I got rid of my calendar book. Very good processing power for a netbook. I'm running Office 2003, the Internet. Outlook works great. Nice keyboard. I hate touchpads but this one really works. I also bought the ASUS external hard drive so I could install software from DVD. Worked great. Battery lasts all day. Very satisfied
